Once you have determined the best program for your group, it is time to make a reservation. Have the following information ready:

  • Preferred dates
  • Estimated group size including chaperones
  • General travel plans to the area

We can then guide you through the reservation process and give you all the information you need so that you can concentrate on preparing your group for an exciting, educational adventure.

To secure your reservation, we request a non-refundable deposit (equal to full payment for five students) within ten days by CREDIT CARD ONLY – card will be retained on file for security. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Final payment may be made by check or credit card. We request payment on the due dates provided and School Registration Forms and School Risk Forms in advance of due dates, or late fees will be assessed to cover our additional last minute costs.

We offer discounts for early registration as well as scholarships for public schools and nonprofit youth groups.

Please inquire about our payment and form deadlines/cancellation/refund/drop and add policies for your particular trip and season. Our contract is with the school/group and not with individual student families. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your field trip investment in the event of last minute cancellations.

Give us a call, and we can answer all of your questions about the reservation process.

Our general cancellation policy is outlined here but each school contract will have a cancellation clause tailored to meet the specifics of that trip.

“All lessons were hands-on, real-life, high impact, and were taught with meaningful expectations – therefore, they produced a great response from the students ...
A highlight was the bonding among a diverse group of students in one of the most beautiful places on earth.”
