Making a Reservation
Make your reservations by calling 800-860-5262 or contact us by email.
Once you have determined the best program for your group, it is time to make a reservation. Have dates, estimated group size, and your general travel plans to the area ready, and we can guide you through the reservation process. We will give you all the information you need, so you can concentrate on preparing your group for an exciting, educational adventure.
To secure the reservation, we request a non-refundable deposit (equal to full payment for five students) within ten days by CREDIT CARD ONLY – card retained on file for security. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Final payment may be made by check or credit card. We request payment on due dates and School Registration Forms and School Risk Forms in advance on due dates or late fees will be assessed to cover our additional last minute costs.
Please inquire about our payment and form deadlines/cancellation/refund/drop and add policies for your particular trip and season. Our contract is with the school/group and not with individual student families. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your field trip investment in the event of last minute cancellations.
