Join CFI and guest expert Elizabeth Bercel for our third Mental Health Hike! This is the first in our 2023 series of opportunities to spend time outside prioritizing mental health. This event features a nature walk on the Millcreek Parkway, where we will focus on slowing down, building community, and connecting with nature in our own backyard.
We will meet at Rotary Park at 10am, and spend some time walking along the Millcreek Parkway. Our guest expert will lead us in activities designed to promote mindfulness and reflection, and afterwards, we will spend some time at the park enjoying snacks and playing some games.
