Colorado River Daily Cleanup

Get out on the Colorado River Daily and clean up this high use area. Stewardship and volunteer service!
CFI will partner with Moab’s BLM office and State of Utah’s Department of Natural Resources for a day of boating, bonding, and cleaning up! The service project will take place on the Daily section of the Colorado River near Moab, Utah. Volunteers will use gloves and trash bags to clear litter from water, campgrounds, and banks of the river. CFI guides will lead volunteers down the river in rafts. Volunteers will earn credit toward future outdoor education programs with CFI.
What To Bring
- Personal PPE face covering
- Refillable water bottles
- Sun protection
- Closed-toed shoes or sandals with ankle straps
- Clothes that can get wet.
Personal protection equipment including PFDs, transportation, shuttle, lunch, and water will be provided by CFI. Volunteers must wear CFI PFDs if they ride in CFI boats.
